The appointment was made on line. The waiting time was minimal. The facility was clean. The personnel from the receptionist, nurse and practical nurse were excellent. Prescription was called in timely. Don't know how it could have been better. SID
Wonderful! I came in for my daughter's sport physical. Everyone on staff was great, friendly bedside manner and answered all our questions. Both the nurse and the doctor offered Wonderful advise also. Will definitely recommend and return if need anything in future. My teen said mom they were so easy to talk to, she didn't feel nervous or unsure after appointment.
The nurses I saw here were so nice. I was diagnosed with strep and the flu, but they made the situation not as bad. My prescriptions were ready at the pharmacy almost immediately. Definitely recommend going here!
Appointment was scheduled for 5:30pm. Text message suggested arriving 10 min before appt. Arrived and checked in on the kiosk. At 5:40pm I was called up to the front desk to ask what my appointment was for. Guess when I scheduled the appt, it didn't ask.
I wasn't sure if I'd have to provide a sample or if blood would be taken so I waited until I couldn't wait anymore. I asked the front desk if I needed to provide a sample, she said to wait to ask the provider. I told her I had to go.
At 6:47 pm my vitals were taken. Waited for blood to be drawn and at 7:19 pm I was out the door.
This makes absolutely no sense. Next time I'll just go to the Urgent Care at the VA, save myself $50.00
The people there are always smiling, friendly, and I really like all the employees! I love my therapist Shandy McDonald!!! She listens to all my problems! She helped me tremendously! Don't know what I would do if she was to leave!!! Merry Christmas to all of you!!!

Went in to get a prescription for a uti. Waited for over an hour after my appointment to have never been seen. I was there on my lunch break from work. I had already peed in a cup for them and still nothing. There is nothing Urgent or Fast Paced about this place. A snail moves faster then they do
Walked in with my 14 month old for an ear infection and was in and out within about 30 minutes. Everyone was super sweet to her and I felt heard with my concerns. Would return again if needed.
